Law is supposed to be a tool to enforce morality. When the law is immoral it can be nothing but tyrannical. This is such an atrocious miscarriage of justice it can only be qualified as treason to the way of life of the American people! Jury nullification needs to be implemented again in our court system to return the checks and balances of the American people over government in situations such as these when local bureaucrats destroy any semblance of common decency.
